We had a great experience working with Luke and his team on our screened-in porch addition. He truly brought our vision to life and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He handled all the permitting and site plans, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Communication was clear, the workmanship was excellent, and the project was completed quickly and efficiently. The finished porch looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend him if you want quality work done right and on schedule.

Luke & his team provided excellent work … Luke absolutely gets your vision & makes your vision come to reality .. He has a very hands on approach & is very detailed with all of his work.. they did an excellent job remodeling my townhouse I would definitely recommend him to anyone … I’ve worked with several contractors before & he is definitely the best.

We’re in the middle of a full backyard improvement project. The roof extension project was the first major step that needed to get done since it ties directly into future permits. Working with Luke and his team was a great experience from start to finish. The entire process — from permitting and getting the code approvals to kicking off the work and completing the project — was seamless. Luke was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making sure the new roof blended perfectly with the existing house. The structure is sturdy, well-designed, and built to last. Everything was handled professionally and properly permitted, which gave us full confidence the job was done right. Luke stayed involved, communicated clearly, and took pride in every detail. We couldn’t be happier with the end result — truly a 5-star experience.
Luke and his team saved us from a nightmare that a different contractor caused. The other contractor worked on our bathroom remodel for 9 months and failed to do much more than demo everything. Luke's team started working on our project and had everything DONE within a month! Additionally, he had to compensate for several mistakes the other company did. The fees he charged were reasonable. His communication was superb. He paid attention to even the tiniest details so we could end up with exactly what we envisioned. We were so pleased that we hired him again immediately for another smaller project. Would HIGHLY recommend using this company for any of your remodeling / construction needs. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!

These guys are great. I hired them to install a new sliding glass door. They completed all work we agreed on and they stuck to their quote, even with having to come out multiple times to finish the drywall repairs and sanding. I will definitely use them again for any future projects. They were timely, affordable, and most importantly do great work.

Accurate estimation of our bathroom renovation included high quality materials and workmanship. GC Luke took accountability for the process and demonstrated exemplary project management. As a 45 year FL resident, I rarely experience this high level of customer service in construction.

North beach construction is a very reputable company. We have been looking to renovate our bathroom and we find that NBC has a fair pricing. The works they’ve done to our bathroom is exemplary. We are enjoying the craftsmanship and durability of their design. Luke has been hands on from beginning to end of project. Very responsive and prompt. We would work with them again.
