We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about North Beach Construction. They completed a major renovation and addition to our home, and the entire experience — and especially the finished product — exceeded our expectations. Our project was extensive: they added an entirely new Florida room, expanded our primary bedroom, enlarged and completely transformed our bathroom and closet, and created beautiful custom built-ins. It was a significant undertaking, and the attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, and care that went into every part of our home was outstanding. What impressed us most was how beautifully everything came together. The new spaces don’t feel like “additions” — they feel like they were always meant to be part of the house. Every detail feels thoughtful and intentional, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. The built-ins in particular are absolutely incredible and have completely transformed the space. We could not be happier with our decision to work with North Beach Construction. They took our ideas and turned them into something even better than we had envisioned. Every member of their team was a delight to work with and my husband and I are sad that we won’t see our “friends” anymore. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and would recommend North Beach Construction without hesitation to anyone considering a renovation, addition, or major home project. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Luke and his team did a fantastic job helping us remove some walls and a bay window for our kitchen remodel! He worked with us, answering all of our questions quickly. Great communication! We are still waiting on our countertops to be installed by our fabricators, but almost done. We hope to work with Luke again when we're ready for another project. Highly recommend!

Luke and his team at North Beach Construction just finished our kitchen remodel which included taking down walls and they were incredible! Luke kept us strictly to our budget with no hidden costs. Whenever I worried about how something would look, he gave his expert advice, and he was always right on target. The pictures don’t even come close to how beautiful it turned out. His crew was professional, clean, and did beautiful work. Highly recommend!

We recently had North Beach renovate a bathroom for us. It was an excellent experience. We felt the price was very fair. The thing that stands out most in my mind was the excellent communication from Luke. I received a text every evening, confirming who would be there the following day and at what time. We never had a down day, so were able to complete the project in 2 weeks, as promised.

Very happy with how our guest bath turned out. The owner Luke and all the employees and workers he sent by it was noticeable they all had good attitudes and tried hard to do a good job. The pride of each craft was personally felt and some of the hardest working people I've seen in my life were brought in on this project by Luke. I got a ton of quotes and couldn't find anyone that instilled confidence. Finally, Luke came by and I could tell right away he was going to be both easy to work with and able to make sure things got done correctly. They were not the absolute cheapest but the prices were fair in my opinion and from that I feel you get what you pay for and don't end up with a bunch of nickel and diming later. The contract also had no crazy or weird terms in it which I appreciated.
