We recently had North Beach renovate a bathroom for us. It was an excellent experience. We felt the price was very fair. The thing that stands out most in my mind was the excellent communication from Luke. I received a text every evening, confirming who would be there the following day and at what time. We never had a down day, so were able to complete the project in 2 weeks, as promised.
Very happy with how our guest bath turned out. The owner Luke and all the employees and workers he sent by it was noticeable they all had good attitudes and tried hard to do a good job. The pride of each craft was personally felt and some of the hardest working people I've seen in my life were brought in on this project by Luke. I got a ton of quotes and couldn't find anyone that instilled confidence. Finally, Luke came by and I could tell right away he was going to be both easy to work with and able to make sure things got done correctly. They were not the absolute cheapest but the prices were fair in my opinion and from that I feel you get what you pay for and don't end up with a bunch of nickel and diming later. The contract also had no crazy or weird terms in it which I appreciated.
Luke was very responsive and did a great job communicating with me throughout the remodel. They helped me with purchasing materials and made style recommendations that improved what I initially had in mind. I'm very pleased with the final result of both bathroom remodels and the custom closet build
North Beach construction added an in-law suite for us. It was everything we asked for and more. He made suggestions that added to the design. Luke was great at keeping us informed. He is communicating skills are second to none and he completed the project on time.
